Can we pay on arrival by credit/debit card?
All payments must be paid before you arriving.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please be sure to check the booking conditions prior to making your booking. Each room type and/or Promotion will have this policy displayed on the Hotel page. For your convenience, this policy is also linked on the booking form as well as your Confirmation Email.A no-show will be treated as a cancellation and you will be billed accordingly. You must notify Phangan Navigator if you plan on cancelling your booking.
Is breakfast included in the room?
This is subject to our hotel partners to quote the rates with or without breakfast. If breakfast is included, it will display "Breakfast Included" next to the room type.
Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
The rates displayed are per room, NOT per person. As a general policy, hotels allow two adults per room and one child under 12 years of age.
Will not be able to join the Full moon party, but would love to have a package deal. Is this possible?
Yes, it is possible without any problems, just write me what package would you like to have and when will be your date of check-in and checkout.
Thai Baht Exchange (Currency Exchange): What is the exchange rate and should I get Thai baht before I go to Thailand?
Live Thai Baht Exchange rates here. Don't exchange until you arrive.
Packing: What should I pack for a trip to Thailand or South East Asia?
Pack light and pack cool. Think cotton, Flip-flops, Short pants, few T-Shirts, Medicine, Lotions and creams, Books... available everywhere and at reasonable prices.
Internet Services: Are there Internet cafes around Phangan Island?
Yes, probably more than you would imagine..
Is Koh Phangan Island a safe place to travel alone to?
Yes absolutely, it's probably safer than most cities in the West.
Credit Cards: Can I use my credit card in Thailand?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club are widely accepted for purchases and cash advances from ATMs or currency exchange locations.
The street food looks good, but can I eat it without getting sick?
Yes, just make sure it is cooked in front of your eyes and it has been heated sufficiently.
